Christmas, is all about the glory of God meeting us in a tiny town called Bethlehem through the birth of our Savior, Jesus, in a humble manger. Jesus was called “Emmanuel”, meaning "God is with us.” As we think about what it means for God to be with us today, we must understand what life was like before Jesus came to the earth. Similar to today, people then were looking for hope, looking for a glimpse of light in the midst of darkness and unrest. Jesus came into this darkness to meet us as we are—hurting, broken, and in need of a Savior. Our heart for our Reflection of Faith: Christmas Around the World float is that anyone who longs for hope and peace will find it as we share the light of love, declaring God is here with us.

Denver Parade of Lights 2024 will be extravaganza. The floats you know and love will be displayed throughout downtown for several weeks.

The celebration kicks off on December 7th with the parade in Downtown Denver at 6 PM.

Confluence Ministries exists to bring redemptive change through transformational connections. We unite diverse people and faith communities for positive impact, which is exactly what we hope to do at this year’s Parade of Lights. Along with our partners, volunteers, and performers, we pray that our “Reflection of Faith: Christmas Around the World” experience will create an opportunity for many voices in the Denver community to proclaim, “God is with us”, and to unite our city in one beautiful illumination, reflecting the powerful, life-changing love of Christ.
